Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include everything shown in your order total. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

How ordering works

You send your order on WhatsApp. We confirm stock, price and timing. The contract starts once we have confirmed and you have paid, or paid your deposit.

Payment

We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Lightning, Monero and USDT. Cash is accepted at handover and collection only. For crypto, we quote the amount for your pound price at the moment you pay.

Click & Collect deposit

A 20% deposit reserves your phone for 7 days. If we can't supply it, we refund the deposit in full.

Delivery and handover

UK delivery is tracked, insured and signed for. London handover costs £79 and takes place anywhere in Greater London at a time we agree together. The phone is your responsibility once it is in your hands.

GrapheneOS

GrapheneOS is free, open-source software made by an independent project. We install the official release and check it with you. Updates come directly from GrapheneOS. We don't control its development, and the apps that run on it, including banking apps, can change over time.

Lawful use

The phone and its software are yours to use lawfully.

14 days to change your mind

For any order, you have 14 days from the day you receive the phone to cancel. Tell us on WhatsApp, then return the phone within 14 days, by post or in person in London. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back, using your original payment method. Crypto payments are refunded at the pound amount you paid. Return postage is yours unless the phone is faulty. If the phone comes back damaged beyond normal handling, we may reduce the refund.

12-month warranty

Our warranty covers hardware faults and our setup for 12 months from the day you receive the phone. We repair it, replace it or refund you. During the warranty, we reinstall GrapheneOS or stock Android for free. It doesn't cover accidental damage, liquid damage, loss or theft.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject a faulty phone within 30 days for a full refund. Our warranty is in addition to your legal rights and doesn't replace them.

What we keep

A way to contact you, your order, your delivery address if we post the phone, and payment records. For cash orders, a first name is enough.

What we never keep

Anything from your phone. We have no access to it after handover.

Why

To complete your order, provide warranty and support, and keep the accounting records the law requires.

How long

Order and payment records for 6 years, as HMRC requires. Everything else is deleted when your warranty ends.

Who else sees it

The delivery company for posted orders, and the payment provider you choose. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site. It is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver the pages.

Messages you send us go through WhatsApp, run by Meta.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Message us and we'll do it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
